What You’ll Do- Own Client Relationships End-to-End
- Onboard new clients and run strategic workshops to define goals, ICPs, and outreach angles.
- Host monthly strategy calls and performance reviews—share insights, recommend optimizations, and act as the go-to person for all client needs.
- Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and proactively guided toward results.
- Act as a Strategic Sparring Partner
- Work with our internal Growth Team (SDRs, Growth Consultants, Copywriters) to connect client strategy with campaign execution.
- Translate campaign performance into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Push back when needed. You’re not just a yes-person—you bring insight and perspective.
- Build & Scale the CSM Function
- Develop playbooks, workflows, and SOPs to streamline client onboarding, reporting, and retention.
- Leverage automation and tools to optimize processes and make our delivery faster and more effective.
- Contribute to internal operations and help scale the CSM team as we grow.
You’re not afraid of complexity—you lean into it. You love working with clients and know how to make them successful. You're both strategic and operational, and you’re ready to build something that lasts.
- Have experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, Growth Strategist, or similar client-facing role—ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or agency context.
- Have a solid understanding of lead generation, outbound campaigns, and the B2B sales funnel.
- Are fluent in German and English (preferred, not required).
- Can run high-level conversations with founders, Heads of Sales, CMOs, or GTM leaders.
- Are process-minded—love building systems that make operations smoother, faster, better.
- Are proactive, curious, and solution-oriented. You don’t wait to be told what’s wrong—you look for ways to improve things every day.
- Aren’t afraid to have tough conversations—and know how to turn them into long-term trust.
- High Ownership – You’ll run your own portfolio of clients and shape how we deliver value.
- Strategic Role – Help us build the Client Success function from scratch—your ideas matter.
