• Manage program data and conduct thorough analysis for project delivery
• Assist the Program Manager with utility braiding and program metrics
• Perform accurate client and internal reporting and communications
• Train and oversee co-workers on work quality and process improvements
• Communicate program rules to customers via email and phone

• 3-6 years of experience in data management and customer service
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Excel with intermediate to advanced level functions
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism in communications
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal protocols

• Experience in project execution and data organization
• Excellent judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs or consulting
