Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking an e-Commerce Business Development Specialist for a remote work environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. This role will work directly with our Strategic Account Management team to execute, deploy, and analyze strategic initiatives across key customer accounts such as , , , and others. It requires understanding key customer levers that drive sales growth, executing tasks with high attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and finding creative solutions to daily challenges.

• Work cross‑functionally with merchandising, brand protection, marketing, operations, finance, and supply‑chain teams to support key customer initiatives and achieve sales & business goals.
• Implement promotional campaigns across key customers and analyze performance.
• Analyze monthly and weekly sales performance of our customers, capture and understand what drives performance, gather market intelligence, supervise customer initiative progress and track projects.
• Ensure product, inventory, and company data within partner portals is correct and up to date.
• Address potential customer questions and needs with follow‑up as needed, and orchestrate and prioritize issues internally.
• Develop processes and workflows to streamline regular customer activities such as content updates and retailer SEO optimization.
• Support sales leadership in data gathering, visualization, and analysis of key customer performance metrics; present data, strategy, and outcomes to internal leadership and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge; 2–4 years of experience working with eCommerce retailers such as Amazon.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency – emphasis on fluency with Excel.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple competing priorities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret key data points central to eCommerce success.
