• Lead multiple client implementations, ensuring timely completion of project deliverables
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and implementation team members
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, banks, and business partners
• Proactively manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Provide weekly status reporting and facilitate internal and external project calls

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook

• PMP Certification
• Change Management experience
• Previous experience in property management operations or consulting
• Experience with direct client engagements
