About the Role

As a Business Process Analyst on the Supply Chain – Project Execution team, you will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. This includes analyzing procurement and inspection workflows, implementing lean and stage-gate principles, and developing KPIs and dashboards for actionable insights. You’ll ensure data governance across systems like Maximo and Aconex, manage the Inspector Management application, and drive adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and alignment with enterprise transformation goals are key, along with supporting change enablement through clear communication, SOP updates, and training to enable data‑driven decision‑making across capital projects.

Responsibilities
  • Analyzes existing business processes; assists with developing sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements
  • Assists with process improvement opportunities, researches and develops operational standards and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased efficiency and reduced costs
  • Applies data analysis and technological skills to fulfil data analysis requests, produce metric reports, and support business decisions using data
  • Collaborates with multiple company partners to ensure organizational alignment and project success
  • Assists in development of change management activities
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • Required:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related major and five (5) years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years’ experience in data analysis, project management, process improvement, or other related experience
Other Requirements
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Preferred:
    Proficiency with analytics languages (i.e. SQL, Python, etc.) and platforms (i.e. Power BI, Microsoft Access, Oracle, etc.)
  • Preferred:
    Proficiency with process mapping and value stream mapping
  • Less than 10% travel
