To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Business Operations Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.
As a Business Operations Manager
, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in the region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and therefore maximizing value for our clients. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams at Remo First, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment between local partner strategies and Remo First's internal initiatives to drive overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner of vendor relationships for assigned countries.
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Run quarterly QBRs with local partners.
- Own vendor escalations (operational, compliance, payroll, service quality).
- Ensure vendors provide accurate, timely country information for internal teams (Program managers, CXG, Country Knowledge and Enablement, Legal, Sales).
- Partner closely with the Strategic Sourcing team on adherence to regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate vendor‑driven changes (process updates, compliance changes, system changes).
- Maintain partner documentation and internal knowledge (Confluence, country guides).
- Provide input into vendor renewals, risk assessments, and consolidation strategies.

- Comfortable operating without regional silos.
