• Manage program data and conduct analysis to ensure effective project delivery
• Assist the Program Manager with program utility braiding and metrics
• Perform client and internal reporting with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
• Train and oversee work quality, timelines, and process improvements with team members
• Communicate with customers regarding program rules via email and phone

• 3-6 years of experience in data management and customer service
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, capable of performing intermediate to advanced level functions
• Ability to document customer interactions and ensure adherence to internal protocols
  
  Demonstrated excellent judgment and independent decision-making skills

• Previous experience in operations support or project management
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs and initiatives
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis software
