Associate Director, Pipeline and Business Development Valuation

• Develop and maintain forecasts for pipeline assets, including assumptions, methodologies, and documentation
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand disease epidemiology, patient segmentation, and competitive landscape
• Provide commercial/business case assessments to inform pipeline programs’ go/no-go decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Target Product Profiles and develop market positioning strategies
• Support major planning processes with forecast submissions, scenarios, and narratives

• Advanced degree in life sciences and/or business
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a BS, 6 years with an MS, or 4 years with a Doctorate in commercial assessment, product planning, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge and experience in oncology and immunology/inflammatory diseases
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for data analysis and presentation preparation
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in indication- and patient-level forecasting methodologies
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Demonstrated initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong aspiration for continuous learning and excellence
