• Salary range of $152,000 - $190,000

• Create innovative and essential research insights within the Software Engineering Architecture & Development group
• Directly engage with clients through presentations at global conferences and onsite visits to address complex challenges
• Analyze client issues to identify root causes and drive solution strategies
• Research and predict technology and market trends to provide actionable insights
• Mentor and coach newer team members while collaborating effectively across the research community

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field
• Direct experience with leading LLMs such as OpenAI GPT and their impact on software development
• Proven knowledge of Generative AI technologies and their application in custom-built software
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent research and writing abilities, with strong verbal communication skills for engaging C-level clients

• Experience leading agile product development teams and serving as a thought leader in software architectures
• Proven ability to establish with executives and stakeholders in advanced accounts
• Strong proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data from surveys and interviews
• Media training and a successful track record with media interactions
• Ability to represent research methodologies effectively at all organizational levels
