• Partner with sales and product management teams to enhance customer engagement and market share
• Analyze market dynamics and communicate competitive changes effectively
• Maintain project statistics to inform pricing strategies and improve profitability
• Manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to anticipate customer needs

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hollow metal industry
• Knowledge of the security industry and its dynamics
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to interface with multiple levels and functions internally and externally

• Sales experience in both the hollow metal and hardware industries
• Understanding of operations and project management constraints
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel)
• Ability to travel up to 50%
