• Apply analytical and critical thinking to evaluate complex business challenges and develop data‑driven recommendations
• Design and document structured operational processes and business requirements
• Lead workshops and engage stakeholders to gather insights and drive decision‑making
• Conduct fit‑gap assessments to evaluate product and operational alignment with business standards
• Report key updates to the Business Architecture leadership team and collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, business analysis, business architecture, or process improvement
• Proven experience in designing end‑to‑end business processes and conducting operational analysis
• Demonstrated success in leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
• Expert‑level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interest in business architecture, business design, and business transformation

• Experience working in a large software or business information company
• Comfort with driving improvements independently in ambiguous situations
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Collaborative and team‑focused with strong relationship development skills
• Experience with end‑to‑end commercial processes and platforms
