Business Systems Consultant – Change Management - Remote

• Lead change management strategies and clarify approaches to business stakeholders
• Determine team readiness for upcoming changes while listening for resistance
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication and training plans
• Facilitate information gathering and assess results to provide gap analysis and actionable recommendations
• Drive advocacy for improvement by leveraging data, feedback, and engagement with associates at all levels

• Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis or project management with a focus on change management
• Experience applying processes, tools, and techniques to meet business objectives, including familiarity with change management and Agile Scrum processes
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain flexibility and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

• Experience working in group insurance
• Experience supporting leaders and teams through complex changes
• Experience working with development and engineering teams
