Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and goal-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling meetings and consultations with small to medium-sized business owners, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects for our sales team. This role requires confidence in calling business owners, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet daily and weekly scheduling quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact business owners via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule consultations with our digital marketing specialists.
  • Ensure all appointments are accurately documented in the company’s scheduling system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accountability in meeting outreach goals.
  • Engage with potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly communicating the value of our digital marketing services.
  • Address basic questions and objections to secure appointments.
  • Update and manage client information in CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of scheduled appointments.
  • Continuously identify ways to enhance scheduling processes and increase conversion rates.
Required Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in calling business owners and handling objections.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM and scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, Quickbase, or similar platforms).
Experience
  • 1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services and the needs of small to medium-sized businesses is a plus.
