Primary Job Function:
The primary reason the position exists. The SAO Talent Agent is front line support to both the client and employees, ensuring excellence in delivery for a portfolio of existing SAO accounts. This role will manage and execute strategies to drive employee and client engagement. The Talent Agent acts as the guardian of the customer process and contract and continuously looks for improvement/efficiency within the account.
In addition to delivery, this role is responsible for generating local sales leads through an established cadence of client contact, generating additional orders and revenue growth within current solutions. This role may sit on site within a client location, within a Kelly branch, or remotely depending upon the needs of the client.
Minimum education required:
- HS Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study preferred
Minimum experience required:
- 4+ years staffing or vendor management experience in a customer-facing role
- Sales and/or Lead Generation experience
- Understanding HR/staffing practices such as onboarding, offboarding, talent management, employment law, contract language, etc. preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based ATS/sales technology
