Virtual Assistant - Data Analysis

to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify key trends and cost‑saving opportunities;
• Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems;
• Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision‑making;
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables;
• Interpret and adapt to different communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments;
• Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely project completion;
• Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements;
• Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams;

• Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and Google Suite

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations‑related role;
• Excellent written and verbal English communication;
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams;
• Leadership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently;
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
• Full‑time availability during EST business hours;

• Payment in dollars per working hour (40‑hour week);
• Starting salary between 4$ - 12$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
