CMK Resources is eagerly looking for a Senior Franchise Sales Director to join one of our premier client's team based in Colorado! Remote work will be considered for the right person, not local to Colorado. Compensation :
Annual base salary $90,000 -$110,000 based on experience, plus "on target" commissions of up to $100,000 on top of salary.
This position is responsible for recruiting and managing a pipeline of candidates through a Discovery Process, resulting in the issuance of a Franchise Agreement. This position makes effective use of leads generated from various franchising marketing channels or brokers as well as proactively networking to identify independent print / sign companies to target.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Recruiting and managing a pipeline of candidates specifically for high net worth Franchise opportunities
- Network with franchise broker systems
- Attend trade shows as needed
- Achieve key metrics associated with Franchise Development growth plans annually
Maintain timely and accurate records / updates in Fran Connect (CRM) related to all pipeline candidates
Qualification Requirements- 7+ years' of Franchise sales experience required
- Experience in the print / sign industry is a plus, not required
- Take charge / pro-active consultative selling style
- Excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience in a CRM platform
- Able to present key results, projects, growth strategies to executive leadership team
- Outstanding reputation among franchisees, colleagues and vendors
- Must be an effective communicator : both written and verbal
- Must be able to function in a team oriented "open-space" environment
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel with a working knowledge of Power Point
- Strong financial and accounting expertise
- Entrepreneurial attitude and team player
Minimal travel is required
