It’s a hybrid/USA position located on the West coast – Santa Monica (preferred) or San Francisco.

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to expand our client’s HCP experience to their native iOS and Android apps. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the app experience, ensuring seamless switches between consumer and HCP experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of product management processes, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Lead the product strategy, planning, development, and launch of the HCP experience on mobile app.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the experience is user-friendly and efficient for use by healthcare professionals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver features on time.
• Conduct market research and engage with healthcare professionals to gather insights and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the product.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.
• Oversee the beta testing phase, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch.

• 5-10 years of product management experience, with a strong portfolio of launched products.
• Experience launching iOS / Android mobile apps.
• Experience in the healthcare-tech or pharma-tech industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use insights and strategic mindset to inform product decisions.
• Experience in thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with ease.
