Sustainability Procurement - Strategic Sourcing- Manager- remote in Poland or Italy

Drive real impact by shaping and implementing sustainability standards in procurement. New role for you!

• Implement procedures on sustainability within the procurement organization aligned with global and local standards
• Lead the development and execution of the Scope 3 emissions reduction roadmap across key direct material categories (e.g., base metals, precious metals, electronic components, PBL stamped/moulded/diecast parts)
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sustainable procurement
• Prepare reports on sustainability initiatives and progress for management and external stakeholders
• Assess and monitor suppliers' environmental and social performance
• Conduct sustainability risk assessments for key suppliers and commodities
• Partner closely with category managers and sourcing teams to embed sustainability criteria into sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiation processes
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve their sustainability performance
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to foster innovation in circularity, closed-loop systems, and end-of-life recovery initiatives
• Identify opportunities for improving sustainability
• Stay up-to-date with global sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops or forums to align internal stakeholders on decarbonization goals, trade-offs, and procurement decisions.

• 7 years’ experience in procurement, 3 years within Sustainability scope
• High experiences in procurement practices, regulations and sustainability framework
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
