Role Overview
We're hiring an SDR who's hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. This is a top-of-funnel role focused on researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision-makers. You'll work directly with our sales team to identify key accounts, craft personalized outreach, and create the first impression of BSA for potential clients.
This role is not about spamming a listit's about thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and smart communication. You'll use a mix of tools (Sales Loft, Linked In, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.) to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP (industries, headcount, revenue, tech stack)
- Identify decision-makers and create accurate contact lists
- Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, Linked In, and phone
- Book qualified discovery calls for AEs
- Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Sales Loft
- Work with the sales team to test messaging, optimize targeting, and tighten feedback loops
- Track KPIs weekly (emails sent, open rates, reply rates, meetings booked, etc.)
- Stay sharp on industry trends, client case studies, and our core service offerings
- 13 years in a similar SDR or BDR role (agency or SaaS experience is a plus)
- Strong written communication must be able to personalize outreach and speak in BSA's tone
- Familiar with outbound tools like Linked In Sales Navigator, Sales Loft, Apollo, Zoom Info
- Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
- Gritty, curious, and coachable you seek feedback and implement it fast
- Confident speaking with directors, marketing managers, and C-level execs
- Understand agency sales cycles or web design / development
- Have tested outbound strategies or written cadences before
- Have booked $50K+ project deals or enterprise retainers
