Klipboard South Africa is a market leader in the development and provision of trading and financial software environments for specialist Distribution, Wholesale, Merchant and Retail industry sectors, addressing single- or multi-branch operations, as well as catering for organisations with 'point-of-sale' showrooms and warehouse
The Sales Director will lead the internal sales strategy for software solutions, ensuring revenue growth through direct customer engagement while leveraging partners for implementation and delivery. This role focuses on driving internal sales performance, managing strategic accounts, and coordinating with partners to guarantee successful project execution.
Working closely with the Managing Director and other executive board members keeps them informed of key deliverables and revenue and will ensure that operations continuously improve and perform.

Duties include:
Develop and execute the internal sales strategy for software pipeline growth and close high-value deals directly with and monitor sales targets for the internal team.
Coordinate with implementation partners to ensure seamless delivery of solutions as the liaison between customers, internal teams, and partners for project strong relationships with partner managers to ensure capacity and quality standards.
Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company feedback to improve partner enablement and customer experience.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and revenue achievement.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
