- Execute local business development and sales plans in line with global Inverter BU strategy.
- Develop and manage sales channels, distributors, and key accounts to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and local distribution partners to promote the company’s brand and inverter product portfolio.
- Provide regular market feedback and performance updates to BU leadership.
- Support additional strategic or commercial initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Solar PV industry; experience with PV inverters is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or key account experience within the Solar PV sector.
- Proven ability to develop channels, manage distributors, and close complex B2B deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Strong team player with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in English
- Other languages will be an advantage
