Role Overview
Infiniticap is seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Business Development professional to acquire new clients for our Recruitment and HR Consulting services
. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Identify and onboard new corporate clients for Infinitcap’s recruitment and HR services
- Generate leads via Linked In, referrals, networking, and market outreach
- Schedule and close client appointments
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams for requirement execution
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Drive repeat business and account growth
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
- Prior exposure to HR Consulting, Recruitment, or Staffing industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing UAE corporate network is an added advantage
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Commission‑based model.
