• Develop, research, and implement business process improvements and system changes
• Analyze information to recommend enhancements to business processes and systems
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement strategies
• Support stakeholders in user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Mentor team members on best practices in requirements methodology and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data gathering, research and analytics, and solution recommendation development
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial and risk analysis, including cost-benefit analysis
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process analytics using tools like Excel and workflow modeling
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with project planning techniques and methodologies
• Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
• Ability to visualize and plan for future business outcomes and organizational change
• Demonstrated meeting facilitation skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
