As a Diagnostic Solutions Executive you will partner across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to provide a Danaher Diagnostic Solution to our top accounts across the United States. You will cultivate strong relationships with these customers, define a CXO account strategy, engage with Operating Company commercial teams, coordinate executive business reviews and maintain customer satisfaction. You will gather insights from commercial teams, research public domain information, create an account plan, provide insight and leadership on overall account health, create business strategy to meet hospital network and Danaher Diagnostics needs, build and maintain key relationships, develop opportunities, monitor deployment projects and engage global resources.
InThis Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Understand the business and financial goals of your customer and put together a sound account plan to position Danaher Diagnostics as their partner of choice.
- Develop relationships within the C‑suite of select accounts and key stakeholders in health systems (e.g., committee members, procurement, medical directors).
- Build and lead the strategic year‑over‑year business plan incorporating key value drivers for both the customer and Beckman Coulter.
- Utilize DBS tools to lead sales campaigns, ensuring the team understands the full value proposition and how their actions tie into the customer partnership.
- Partner with Delivery Operations to ensure successful installation, go‑live and post‑install maintenance, providing a high‑level view of all activities and escalating to leadership when needed.
- Partner with Operating Company commercial leadership to align local teams with overall health‑system strategy, and provide coaching and leadership to commercial associates.
- Manage funnel velocity, account action plan development and execution, executive level selling of OpCo offerings, consolidate proposals, architect final solution and attend executive QBRs.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably within business or sciences); master’s degree preferred.
- Twenty plus years of sales experience, with at least fifteen in a hospital or laboratory.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills; demonstrated ability to conduct executive level presentations clearly and concisely.

Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. The base salary range for this role is $230,000 to $270,000, and the role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
