As part of our high-performing legal team, you’ll collaborate with U.S. attorneys and Business Immigration Analysts in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
We are seeking a Chief of Staff – Immigration Services (Senior Manager) to serve as a trusted strategic partner to Immigration Services executive leadership. This role is designed to amplify leadership effectiveness, enable disciplined execution of firm priorities, and bring clarity and alignment across complex, high-volume immigration programs.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a thought partner to Immigration Services leadership on strategy, priorities, and service model evolution.
- Support executive readiness by preparing leaders for:
- Executive and partner meetings
- Cross-functional planning sessions
- Executive-level client reviews (limited and targeted)
- Serve as a strategic filter and triage point, helping leadership focus on the highest-impact initiatives, risks, and decisions.
- Anticipate issues before escalation and enable timely, informed decision‑making.
- Own and drive the operating cadence for Immigration Services, including:
- Leadership meetings
- Quarterly business reviews
- Capacity and demand planning
- Service health and performance reviews
- Translate Immigration Services strategy into clear priorities, initiative roadmaps, and execution plans across regions and practice areas.
- Track and synthesize performance against key indicators such as:
- Case volumes and cycle times
- SLA adherence and service quality trends
- Risk, escalation, and compliance signals
- Ensure leadership commitments and decisions are consistently executed across teams, without owning day‑to‑day delivery.
- Enable alignment across U.S. Immigration practice, regional delivery hubs, and high‑volume corporate immigration programs.
- Partner closely with Operations, Technology, Client Experience, Talent, and Tax teams to support scalable and sustainable delivery models.
- Reinforce leadership cohesion by setting agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking follow‑through.
- Influence through leaders, with limited direct people management as needed.
- Synthesize operational and performance data into executive‑level insights, not raw reporting.
- Translate dashboards into clear narratives that inform leadership decisions.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities related to capacity and resourcing, regulatory or policy shifts, client concentration and service complexity.
- Elevate trends early and support leadership with options and recommendations.
- Draft and refine executive‑level communications, leadership updates, and select client‑facing materials related to Immigration Services.
- Ensure Immigration Services priorities and perspectives are clearly represented in firm‑wide discussions.
- Operate with discretion, sound judgment, and executive polish in all interactions.
- Senior‑level experience in immigration services, global mobility, legal services, consulting, or other highly regulated professional services environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or consulting‑style role.
- Strong understanding of high‑volume, deadline‑driven, compliance‑sensitive service models.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive‑level polish.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and comfort influencing outcomes without relying on formal authority.
- Ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities with confidence.

Exceptional candidates outside California, working hybrid from a Vialto hub office or fully remote - Regular, full‑time employment
- Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000
Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to role scope, level of experience, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
