Position: Continuous Improvement Consultant I (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify effective change management strategies tailored to specific operational needs
  • Lead small scope projects utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Conduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate tracking mechanisms for projects
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to all organizational levels
  • Partner with the Continuous Improvement team to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2‑5 years of continuous improvement experience with knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Proven experience managing continuous improvement‑related projects
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in advanced PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with process re‑engineering and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations in dynamic environments
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members
