Senior Principal Relationship Manager (Remote‑Eligible)

Our US & Canadian Markets team is seeking a Senior Principal Relationship Manager to manage our relationships with major Marketplace platforms. This role focuses on building relationships with key marketplace participants and serving as the primary strategic liaison with decision‑makers across company divisions.

• Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements and incentives while ensuring compliance.
• Identifying new business opportunities through market analysis, maintaining an opportunity pipeline and advising participants on new initiatives.
• Providing market insights to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations).
• Creating strategic account plans with key participants to proactively grow business value.
• Client engagement, including 25‑30% travel to meet with clients.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of tailoring communication across different leadership levels.
• Deep knowledge of the payments industry, particularly debit and credit pricing.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive, proactive approach and ability to anticipate market trends within the vertical.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 10 years of payments industry experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations, marketing, project management or finance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing.
• 12+ years of payments industry experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations, marketing, project management or finance.
• Experience influencing key stakeholders, executive‑level clients or internal business partners.

Remote (Regardless of Location): $155,300 – $177,200 annual base salary for Senior Principal Relationship Management. Performance‑based incentive compensation may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
