Role Description

This full‑time hybrid role is located in Orlando, FL and offers some flexibility for remote work. As a Proposal and Capture Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the entire proposal development process. The position requires the analysis of complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and collaboration with various cross‑functional teams.

Key duties include drafting, editing, and coordinating proposals, conducting market research to inform capture strategies, and ensuring proposals are compliant with all requirements and submitted within deadlines. The role also involves using analytical abilities to evaluate potential business opportunities and providing strategic recommendations that align with company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in proposal management and proposal writing.
  • Experience in analyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensuring compliance.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for evaluating business opportunities and developing strategies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for client engagement and team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Federal Government contract processes is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with proposal software tools, Shipley’s Proposal Process, and the MS Office Suite is beneficial.
