In this role, you will lead the evolution of a platform that supports trials, purchases, renewals, and onboarding for thousands of users. You will position the platform as a strategic lever for related services, ensuring a seamless experience across direct and partner channels.

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will define the vision, align teams, and continuously enhance key journeys to maximize impact on growth and retention.

Accountabilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for the platform as a strategic product offering.
• Design and optimize user flows for trials, purchases, renewals, and account management.
• Enhance initial experiences to accelerate activation and customer value.
• Deploy growth tactics on key journeys.
• Collaborate with product, UX, marketing, sales, and partner teams.
• Address the needs of distributors and resellers in scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance indicators related to business outcomes.
• Actively participate in product discovery through user research and market analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally with platforms.
• Experience with trials, onboarding, billing, or purchase flows.
• Strong background in growth tactics focused on activation and conversion.
• Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams.
• Familiarity with distributor/reseller and self-service models.
• Experience in companies with an ARR of $50-200M.
• Strong customer empathy and product discovery skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (a plus).
