This role's primary ongoing responsibility is for management of projects. The position focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors, stakeholders, and project participants. The role spends significant time on project management responsibilities.

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on projects
• Meet service level expectations and exceed them when appropriate to the pursuit of larger customer relationship goals

• Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to projects

• Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database, and system design
• Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client / server and .NET architectures
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer
• Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project, by analyzing future impact of decisions, and escalating when appropriate
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
• Complies with and helps to enforce standard Project Management policies and procedures
• Analyzes project profitability and revenue including variances from plan
• Ensures timely and accurate invoicing
• Sets and manages client expectations; effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including managing the change control process
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities; effectively utilizes each team member to his / her fullest potential

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related or Business field preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact with and communicate with team members, stakeholders and customer at all levels including Management and Leadership.
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and / or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
• Must be very customer oriented with the mindset of always serving the customer
• The ability to present ideas and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable way that provides customers with the answers and solutions they are seeking from SitusAMC
