Work with Crossover to manage procurement and logistics for the rapid expansion of 2 Hour Learning’s campus network.
Base Pay Range$50.00 /hr – $50.00 /hr
About the RoleYou are the operator who eliminates uncertainty. You plan with precision, monitor continuously, and take pride when every item arrives exactly when and how it should. This position requires you to take full ownership of procurement and logistics operations for new campus openings, ensuring that each campus launches fully equipped, compliant, and ready to operate from day 1.
What You Will Be Doing- Take full ownership of procurement for FF&E and educational supplies, spanning vendor qualification and competitive bidding through purchase order issuance and invoice reconciliation.
- Orchestrate warehousing, staging, kitting, and pick‑pack operations with third‑party logistics partners aligned to launch schedules.
- Monitor shipments on a daily basis, address exceptions immediately, and confirm receipt, condition, and completeness prior to installation.
- Develop and document repeatable workflows, standard operating procedures, and tools that minimize errors, compress lead times, and reduce launch costs.
- Communicate delivery status, risk factors, and process improvement recommendations to cross‑functional launch teams and senior leadership.
- Working in undocumented, reactive purchasing environments that result in last‑minute supply gaps.
- Overseeing general facilities maintenance or construction trades unrelated to supply chain delivery.
- Spending time in prolonged, low‑impact meetings rather than executing focused, results‑driven coordination.
- Functioning as an administrative clerk – we require proactive system‑building, not case‑by‑case workarounds.
Guarantee that every new campus opens fully stocked, operationally prepared, and on time through reliable, scalable procurement and logistics execution.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years driving procurement and logistics for multi‑location rollouts or complex, deadline‑driven projects.
- Demonstrated ownership of FF&E sourcing, vendor bidding, purchase order management, and invoicing workflows.
- Direct experience managing third‑party logistics partnerships, warehousing, staging operations, and final‑mile delivery.
- Track record of creating documented workflows, runbooks, or standard operating procedures that eliminated errors or shortened timelines.
- Solid project management capabilities with confidence handling multiple concurrent work streams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with procurement, ERP, or inventory management platforms.
- Capacity to operate under firm deadlines and raise issues proactively to clear obstacles.
- Based in the United States and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Open to traveling 10‑25% for warehouse and campus site visits.
- Background in K‑12 education operations, retail expansion programs, or facility‑intensive settings.
- Direct experience deploying automation or AI‑driven tracking and monitoring tools.
- Experience expanding procurement infrastructure across multiple geographic regions.
- Familiarity with international supplier networks or import logistics processes.
