Position: Continuous Improvement Consultant I (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify the best change management approaches based on operational needs
  • Lead small scope projects utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement in collaboration with Continuous Improvement Consultants
  • Develop effective presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization
  • Collect and analyze results from business areas to track progress and ensure successful implementation of initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2-5 years of continuous improvement experience with knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business experience
  • Proven experience managing continuous improvement projects
  • Strong statistical analysis skills and proficiency in advanced PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with process re-engineering and TQM methodologies
  • Strong training and mentoring skills
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and conflict resolution
