We are seeking a full time Junior Launch Manager to work with our Marketing team. As a Junior Launch Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, strategy and launch of marketing initiatives. You will also be a key member to the success, growth and vision of the organization.
You must be able to work in the office at our headquarters in Boise, .

About You
You have at least 1 year experience of project management with Marketing Initiative Project Management. Marketing Agency environment preferred but not required..
You’re great at launching initiatives/services/products with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’re a pro at prioritizing with superb attention to detail.
You’re analytical, methodical, and work with a high degree of accuracy
.You are detail-oriented and care about the nitty gritty.
You're a team player

Things You Might Do

• Manage daily progress on marketing initiatives as they go to market.
• Deliver progress and performance reports to the leadership team on a regular basis.
• Direct efforts across teams of launches of all relevant deliverables making sure it is in line with our vision, is compliant and exceeds customer expectations.
• Attend marketing team meetings.
• Work closely with our COO to drive success and vision of launches thru to the finish line.
• Coordinate with appropriate teams to establish promotional relationships with other brands to promote the active and completed projects.

The target compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, based on qualifications and experience.
