• Data Analysis :
  Analyze data from various sources, using spreadsheets and smart sheets, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Reporting :
  Run regular and ad-hoc reports, interpret the data, and present findings to managers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
• Problem Solving :
  Address and resolve challenges using data.
• Communication :
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent Work :
  Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Learning and Adaptation :
  Quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and platforms that support project management and data analysis.
• Continuous Improvement :
  Identify areas of improvement within existing processes and software tools, recommending and implementing changes that enhance project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a project based environment.
• A proactive approach to personal career growth, seeking opportunities to develop new skills and advance within the company.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and smart sheets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in document management and process improvement.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Compensation : $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
