Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Singapore, with some flexibility to work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth. This includes developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, creating compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts. Other key responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Sales Strategy Creation
- Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation capabilities
- Understanding of Digital Transformation, AI, and IT/AV solutions is a plus
- Relevant experience in industries such as government, education, TMT, automotive, or healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage
- Cultural competence and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proven ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing in-office and remote responsibilities effectively
