Certified Mobile Notary Service (CMNS) is a national network of professional mobile notaries and loan signing agents serving clients across all 50 states. We specialize in helping notaries build their business, connect with top signing companies, and get access to high‑paying remote and in‑person signing opportunities. We’re seeking dependable and detail‑oriented Mobile Notary Signing Agents to perform document signings for mortgage, real estate, and legal transactions. You’ll meet with clients in person or online to verify identity, witness signatures, and ensure all paperwork is executed correctly and professionally. This position is ideal for notaries who want flexible, remote work with unlimited earning potential.

• Conducting loan document signings (purchases, refinances, HELOCs, etc.)
• Verifying identification and completing notarial certificates accurately
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all appointments
• Managing scheduling, confirmations, and document return
• Ensuring compliance with state notary laws and client confidentiality standards

• Active Notary Commission (or willingness to become a notary)
• Reliable transportation and access to a printer/scanner
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a background check (required by signing companies)

• Earn $85–$200 per loan signing appointment
