The Warehouse Specialist - Drop Ship Box - will play a crucial role in supporting multiple internal teams to ensure that an effective process is in place and maintained around this part of our business. Key responsibilities include updating inventory levels, processing documentation, coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams, managing shipping schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This person should be skilled in warehouse administration but also the ability to work cross functionally with a customer service driven mindset.
This role is fully remote; however, candidates residing in CST, MST, or PST time zones are preferred.
Your day will look like this:- In collaboration with Sales, Procurement, AP, and Warehouse Supervisors, participate in the preparation of Drop Shipped Box Sale Orders
- Serve as the central liaison between Warehouse leadership, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Sales
- Track and monitor all SIUS drop-shipped box Sale materials from order through delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams on schedules and shipment details.
- Ensure all items arrive on time and all corresponding revenue is booked quickly to improve cash flow.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Receive all Drop Shipped Box Sale items in a timely manner
- Post tracking information to the designated sales person facing fields in our ERP
- Support Sales to expeditated shipment and payment as needed to meet client satisfaction
- Provide administrative oversight for D365 Sales Order system data
- Proactively communicate shipment statuses to clients, enhancing service quality and reputation.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with administrative experience dealing with warehouse receiving, tracking items, and data entry.
- Knowledge of D365 virtual warehouse receiving
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)
- Ability to review and understand Power Bi data around shipping:
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong capacity to work with multiple schedules at once and under pressure
- Ability to anticipate problems and find the right solutions by respecting the operational process and procedures of the company
