This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Business Development Manager based in Taylor, MI, with an option for partial remote work. The role involves identifying and developing international business opportunities, creating business plans, maintaining and expanding client relationships, and managing accounts. The candidate will engage in global sales initiatives, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate across teams to drive results.

This position requires a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and achieving business goals.

• Proven experience in International Business Development and International Sales
• Strong skills in Business Planning and Account Management
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, and pursue new business opportunities
• Knowledge of international logistics and trade is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive growth
