• 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
• Experience supporting or working with technical products
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year institution

• Experience serving and supporting large‑scale solutions for Public Sector organizations
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast‑paced, and change‑heavy environment
• Strong bias for action and a commitment to high standards
