Position: Revenue Operations Manager (Remote US)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage internal team workflows, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations
  • Own key client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence
  • Build and maintain project plans in Asana and monitor project accuracy using Harvest
  • Support audits across CRM/MAP environments and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations
  • Mentor emerging team members and share best practices to elevate the overall Rev Ops practice
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations, with at least 2‑3 years managing teams
  • Proven experience managing project workflows and building structured execution plans in project management tools
  • Strong fluency in Harvest or similar time‑tracking tools for operational accuracy
  • Deep expertise in one or more Rev Ops/Mar Ops platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience conducting audits, reviews, and technical diagnostics related to revenue and marketing operations
  • Ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new tools and platforms as needed
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple client relationships effectively
