• Data Collection & Analysis:
  Gather, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to create reliable reports. Utilize quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance and identify trends.
• Reporting & Visualization:
  Develop and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports using software tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Ensure that reports are user-friendly and clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to understand their reporting needs. Partner with teams to develop customized reports that provide insights relevant to their objectives.
• Quality Assurance:
  Validate data integrity and maintain reporting accuracy through regular audits and checks. Implement best practices for data management and reporting within the organization.
• Strategic Recommendations: Analyze reporting trends and patterns to offer strategic recommendations to management. Help guide business decisions based on your findings, ensuring data-driven practices are at the forefront of our strategy.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay up-to-date with reporting tools and technologies. Explore innovative solutions to improve reporting processes and enhance analytics capabilities. Embrace feedback and strive for excellence in all reports produced.

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
