Your key responsibilities are to deliver white glove service and honor the FSG Principles while:

• Support the change of ownership for investor interests in client managed funds
• Track reassignment timelines, approvals, and closing requirements to support timely completion
• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and external counsel as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, custodians, fund administrators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate exemplary communication
• Assist in reviewing, monitoring, and enhancing client compliance programs to support ongoing regulatory requirements
• Develop foundational knowledge of private equity fund structures and LP mechanics

• Base salary commensurate with experience and success: the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000
• Quarterly bonus that offers unlimited potential growth – 1/3rd of our profits (no matter how much) are shared with our team in bonuses each quarter

We are primarily a remote work company, but some of the training for this role may be best delivered in‑person leveraging client sites or local coworking locations. Our clients also ask us to provide on‑site support from time‑to‑time. In the interview process, we can outline expectations about what, if any, in‑person training or support time is expected to be required for this role.
