Title: Business Analyst 2
Location: Fully Remote (Domestic US only; any US time zone acceptable)
Duration: 4 months (It May extend after the budget approval)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (No OT)
Pay Rate Range: $25 to $30/hr
Experience- 2–4 years total analytic/business experience
- 3+ years headcount management
- 3+ years data analysis in Excel & Power BI
- 2+ years SharePoint & Power Point
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field required (Business, Analytics, Economics, Finance, etc.)
- Strong Excel, Power BI, Share Point
- Detail-oriented with high execution excellence
- Self-driven with strong ownership
- Proficient in MS Word and Power Point
- Data & reporting accuracy
- Quality of new reporting creation
- Timely and accurate HC management
- On-time delivery of special projects
Job Summary
The Business Analyst supports business operations by maintaining vendor relationships and supporting non-IT business projects. Responsibilities also include:
- Reviewing/approving contracts, proposals, and supplements
- Approving project structures and business process documentation
- Monitoring budgets, expenditures, and transaction controls
- Predicting overruns and recommending solutions
- Coordinating with project managers, auditors, vendors, and corporate teams
- Managing sub-agreements and invoice compliance
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Excellent time management and independent work ability
- Understanding of business/management principles
- Ability to apply accounting/mathematical concepts
- Ability to forecast business trends
- Strong MS Word & Excel skills (other enterprise applications a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related
- 8–10 years professional business operations experience (
