Our client, a leader in innovative AR/VR technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Data Quality Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will support the Product Data Operations team, playing a vital role in developing avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.
Job Title: Data Quality Analyst
Location: Onsite, Burlingame, CA (potential for hybrid after training)
Contract Length: 12 months with likely extension
Pay Rate: $22/hour
What's the Job?- Author guidelines for data collection and quality assurance audits to ensure high standards.
- Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
- Perform weekly quality assurance audits of data collected by internal and external teams.
- Compile weekly reports highlighting trends and issues in data collection processes.
- Drive project success by providing continuous feedback and engaging in program monitoring to identify best practices for quality improvement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets software, including writing formulas in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Willingness to work onsite as required.
