Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence across the United States. This fully remote role requires strong sales strategy, relationship management, and market development expertise.

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Develop and execute sales and growth strategies aligned with company goals
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract execution
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Must be legally authorized to work and physically located in the United States
