• Provide consultative advice to customers and manage a portfolio of new clients to enhance performance
• Train new customers on bank products and technology platforms
• Monitor customer spending and behaviors to ensure ongoing management and optimization
• Collaborate with various departments to address client assistance issues
• Develop strategic client plans and maintain an organized pipeline within the client management platform

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Seven to ten years of experience in client support, relationship management, or sales
• Proven ability to meet performance and revenue goals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills

• Experience in sales or a strong interest in pursuing a sales role
• Knowledge of credit card or commercial card products and services
• Experience in business development and relationship management
• Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals and groups across the organization
