Business Management Associate - Automotive Solutions

ASE Global is hiring a Business Management Associate – Automotive Solutions to join our team and play a mission‑critical role in supporting and servicing some of the world’s most prestigious OEM automotive and dealership network clients via market‑leading, industry‑recognized software solutions technology.

Location:

Remote – The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Belgium, working in a remote work model.

What your day will look like:

  • Track, process, and analyze operative, financial, and statistical data related to dealer network performance metrics to improve accuracy and quality and organize independent dealer visits based on results.
  • Provide remote and direct support to dealer networks within project assignments (e.g., general accounting, bookkeeping queries, data input issues, and reporting).
  • Present regularly at all levels of business management and KPI results, suggesting actions for improvement.
  • Provide training to the dealer network on the use of our internal software, data quality improvement, and map charts, and assist in the analysis of their KPI performance data.
  • Serve as a contact for and develop relationships with the client to effectively respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely manner and help improve client satisfaction.
  • Assume responsibility for accurate and high‑quality data being utilized on assigned projects.
  • Attend project meetings and participate in presenting project status updates to client representatives or internal management to clearly communicate project status, conclusions and results.
  • Identify poor‑performing dealers and facilitate action plans to address the issues.
  • Participate in new franchise launch and roll‑out, suiting the project‑specific requirements.
  • Maintain new and existing customer reporting solutions.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs and identify business opportunities.

About you:

  • Professional level of French, English, and Dutch – both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
  • Accountancy or financial background knowledge and understanding.
  • Experience with business management, accountancy principles, and KPI analysis.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skill set.
  • Previous experience supporting Cloud or SaaS products.
  • Specialist in training and on‑site consultancy.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client‑facing role.
  • Detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives on process and problem‑solving.
  • Curious mindset, capable of quickly learning new systems and eager to grow and develop over time.
  • Team player who loves challenges and wants to own their area of business.
  • Driven by lifelong learning and continuous professional development.
  • Flexible working will be required due to the nature of the role.
  • Legally authorized to work in Europe.

Great if you have:

  • Automotive background.
  • Motor dealer or OEM consultancy or audit expertise.
  • Training expertise.
  • MBA advantageous but not essential.
