• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic partnership roadmap to support the company's growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners, alliances, and collaborations that align with our business goals and values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to enhance our market position.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with the company's mission.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the partnership team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our partnership network.
• Track and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
