You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Role SummaryPart of your support includes:
- Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listening for situations in the clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Key responsibilities include:
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes and execute the branch business plan. - Technology:
Maintain strong computer literacy and willingness to learn tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm-provided software.

Hiring Minimum: $21.38 per hour
Hiring Maximum: $22.71 per hour
