Sales Director

This is a contract hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Director will lead sales strategies, manage sales operations, and build strong client relationships within regulated industries. Key responsibilities include driving business development initiatives, managing sales teams, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. The role requires developing and implementing effective sales plans to promote World Safe’s Resilience-as-a-Service solutions.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations
• Expertise in Customer Service and the ability to foster strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Team Management skills with experience in leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
• Demonstrated success in Business Development and driving growth strategies
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Understanding of regulated industries and compliance requirements is a plus
